Correct Uniform

There will be four meetings a year, but no one has to go to them all.

Those are just the times when the ceremonies will be held for rank advancement, officer appointing and recognition for efforts will be done. I do not expect people to even try to make a lot of them. It would be nice to have a lot of attendance. But people only need to go to the ones where they will be Knighted or appointed an Officer Position so that they can make their Oath.

They are also a way to do hands on training, earn some merit badges and get to know each other.

Once I get my helicopter I'll be an Uber Knight and fly everybody around LOL

But seriously, once we get established Knights in more areas, we'll be able to meet in various parts of the world and help each other.

I'm three hours from Las Vegas and an hour out of L.A. Once I'm ready, I'll host West Coast U.S. meetings, so if anyone wants to make a vacation out of it, we can have a lot of fun too!

Beaches, mountains, deserts, Disneyland, Hollywood... It's all here! Just sayin'

This isn't going to be for everybody. There's an expectation of commitment, participation and accountability here that is higher than other similar groups.

That is partly the reason for Knights sponsoring new members. Guests can enjoy the forums and chat, but to be a member, you have to demonstrate that you are ready for more than just keyboard conversations and someone needs to back you on that. The sponsoring Knight is invested in it too, thus hopefully preventing the title of Knight from being diluted.

The mission here is to encourage action, not just learning. We can put our knowledge to use in concrete ways. That takes sacrifice and commitment. Some already do this in their offline lives and I both commend and encourage that. Anything you do to lift your community is great whether affiliated with a group or not.
