The Holiday Season

Hello all,

Each of us celebrates the holiday season in their own way. Different families, traditions and customs. What are you doing for the holiday season?

24th dec i am staying with my mother
25th dec i am taking my daughter out for movie and food
26th dec going out with friends

Thats it really , its fairly quiet this year and i will volunteer at the youth centre and maybe soup kitchen when they are short on staff owww and when i make my First Aid exam i will be voluntering at the village skating event at our village as a first aid worker , that is always very pretty And then i have about 10 days off before my new function starts

We have a small Christmas celebration and Santa brings a couple gifts for the kids. We visit with family on this day. Our main celebration is on Epiphany. The Three Wise Men bring gifts for all the kids and we have a big meal. It's a good time .

I have no idea what we’re going to do this year. This will be the first year my daughter won’t be there. That and we will be away from family. It’ll be just the two of us… and that could be fun too! *wink, wink*

My wife and I will have to start new traditions I think.

It's the one day of the year we bum out all day and eat stuff we want.... from sunrise to shut eye. Relatives are met in the week before and after. It's about as close to a holiday as we get
