Does anyone know of any good music with a Middle Ages slant that is good for lifting to? Sometimes it helps to have some auditory motivation when picking up heavy things and putting them back down.
For instance, I find this one to be particularly moving:

I can't think of any I would exercise to but I do know quite a few.
I like listening to chants sometimes and there is a collection of Templar songs that is pretty cool.

Don't know if this is what you're looking for, but they are from my playlist and they might work.
March of the Templars
A little slower…
Templar Music - When darkness rise
A more authentic… chant
Chant of the Templars - Da Pacem Domine (Esemble Organum)
German crusader… probably more appropriate for a Fallschirmjäger
German Medieval Crusader Song – Palästinalied
My favorite of this group is the first one, march of the Templars.

Thank you, all! Wes, I too have been listening to the same Templar chants that you have. Very moving stuff.
I appreciate the help, Jzen. I'll probably listen to the ones you recommended during my next workout.
